MSA Terminates Distributorship Agreement with NEA

The administrative team of Northeast Emergency Apparatus regretfully announces that MSA has recently advised us that it intends to terminate our distributorship agreement, effective 8/22/25. We have been advised that this development occurred as the result of MSA’s strategic realignment with its Channel Partners and changes to its distribution network.

We appreciate your business and look forward to continuing our working relationship with you. If we are unable to continue to provide MSA products, quality alternatives will be offered when suitable.

We will continue to work to find a path forward with MSA but it is unclear if we will be successful.
